Crisis Stabilization & Supervision
Crisis Stabilization and Supervision Services are intensive mental health intervention and prevention services put in place to reduce the need for out-of-home placements and/or reunify families.
CCS (Comprehensive Community Services) - For Youth & Adults
The Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program is a community-based service available to qualifying individuals who have or are eligible for Medicaid and have a mental illness and/or substance use diagnosis. The program provides or arranges for medical and supportive activities to facilitate your recovery. Riverstone Counseling & Crisis Services works with Milwaukee County to provide members of CCS with Life Skill Development (ISDP).

Mentoring
Mentoring is a one-on-one service that strives to provide at-risk youth with a positive role model who is able to provide support, encouragement, and advocacy as they navigate through struggles in areas such as peer relationships, family conflict or finding positive outlets in the community. The goal of this service is to guide youth as they develop socially and emotionally into young adults.
